Babis started his career as a Data Analyst and Media Executive back in 2004 with YellowNetRoad, a digital marketing agency. Following the successful acquisition of the company by OgilvyOne, he worked for the agency for 10 years as a Business Unit Director of neo@Ogilvy, the digital performance agency of OgilvyOne. During this period, he successfully worked for some of the top local and international clients such as OTE, Cosmote, Germanos, IKEA, Toyota and L’Oréal

In June 2015, feeling the need for a new challenge, he had the opportunity to join Upstream as the Head of Digital Marketing, which over the past two years has been the fastest growing department of the company. Babis holds an MBA and MSc in Statistics from Athens University of Economics and Business
