HR Manager Mondelēz
Andreas, holds a BSc in BA from the Athens University of Economics and Business, an MBA from ALBA and a Diploma in Executive Coaching & OD from IMPACT. He started his career as a summer intern in Marketing, in Unilever Hellas, then in Lannen Tehtaat OY in Finland and after the completion of his studies he worked in HR consulting field for 3 years.
He joined P&G in Sales and after a year he moved to HR where he gradually took over managerial positions in Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits and HR Policies. In 1996 he joined Warner Lambert SA (Confectionery, Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health Care) as HR Director and played a key role, at country level, in restructurings and in the acquisitions from Pfizer and Cadbury.
In 2005 as Cadbury HR Director he also assumed the responsibility for Central Europe. In 2010, he was appointed HR Lead for Kraft-Cadbury integration in Greece, then HR Director in the new entity Kraft Foods, which in 2013 was renamed to Mondelēz International, having co responsibility with MD for all transformation projects. In July 2015 he was appointed HR Manager for Greece, Romania, East Adriatic Markets and Bulgaria Commercial (Snacks & Meals). Working with diversified teams, Andreas contributed his company to be awarded with various awards like: Best Work Places Awards (the 1st place in 2014), Employer of Choice, HR Awards and True Leaders.
